| (You can see my media appearances here.)
Let me tell you, Josb...
...LIFE WAS SWEET!
By publishing content instead of wasting money on advertising, or cold calling, or networking...
...my coaching business was soaring.
The phone was ringing off the hook.
My website was getting thousands of visitors per day.
I was booked solid for coaching sessions, speaking engagements, podcasts, webinars and more.
For the first time ever, people were pushing my competitors to the side and taking a direct path to me.
I was the big shot authority they could trust...
...and they were willing to pay big bucks to hire me, instead of haggling over my rates.
But even though content marketing was bringing in daily clients for me...
The reality is...
...content marketing could be fatal for YOU.
What people won't tell you is... | | Sure, it gives you unbeatable credibility...
...and gets you seen EVERYWHERE by people that matter...
...and will attract leads, customers, clients and even business partners...
The problem remains...
... it takes up ALL your time and energy!
From writing articles and blog posts, to writing books, shooting videos, designing websites...
It's a full time job.
Heck, back then, I rarely shaved for an entire year...
...and barely interacted with family and friends.
Despite the huge exposure I was getting from content marketing...
I knew that if I stopped...
Someone else would take over and quickly bury my content with their own.
And my website traffic, leads and clients?
It'd dry up.
The endless content creation was getting to me.
And the last thing I wanted to do after a busy day was to write articles, design book covers, or sit in front of a camera.
And besides... | What good is a stress management coach if he is too stressed...
...and too tired to help his clients? | So, the content marketing dream was over.
Doubt set in.
Maybe my family was right.
Maybe I should have just stuck with the 9-5 day job after all.
Or maybe I should ask the bank manager for a $10,000 loan so I could run some ads instead?
Or maybe... just maybe... | | I was about to get the biggest "a-ha" moment of my entire professional career.
All will be revealed tomorrow... | |
